sets of lines sketching a bamboo shoot.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">She was teaching in Kyoto.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">So, <strong>I<\/strong> <strong>started studying Japanese, in order to meet her<\/strong>in Kyoto<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Adding volume to the shapes I was making.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">I had been sewing for a few years now &#8211; <b>Wasai \u548c \u88c1 sewing. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">I don&#8217;t want to become an expert in the art of Kimono making, that would be impossible anyway. <br \/><\/span>I want to <span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">get<\/span> <strong style=\"letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">closer<\/strong> &#8211; <span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.2px;\">approach the garment, come near <strong>that &#8220;T&#8221; shape<\/strong>.<br \/><\/span>cheerful and surprising encounter : I watched Miss Azusa Ikemori and Yoshimi Ueki at work &#8211; their <strong>gestures<\/strong> were always <strong>regular, light, airy<\/strong> &#8211; a dance.
